VATHI BEACH

STAVROS BEACH
The beautiful beach of Stavros stretches, before the settlement
of the same name. It is situated on the island's north side,
16 km from the capital. It is said that the ancient city of
Ithaki and Ulysses's palace once stood here. This is confirmed
by the area's archaeological findings. Aside from the crystal
blue sea, which attracts many tourists during summer, one should
visit Loizos Cave and the Archeological Collection of Pilikata.

24 km north of the island's capital. In recent years, it has

The beautiful beach of Sarakiniko is situated east of Ithaki.
It is a small sandy beach with a lot of trees and crystal-blue

of the island's capital. The crystal blue waters attract asou

AETOS BEACH
The small, underdeveloped beach of Aetos is situated 7 km southeast
of the island's capital. The few swimmers who come here long
for the peace and quiet of the crystal waters. |
